Symptom​

A button is missing/disabled, or you cannot open a page.

Likely causes​

  • Permissions not granted
  • You’re in the wrong workspace/school

Fix steps​

  1. Confirm you are in the correct school.
  2. Ask an admin to review your role and permissions.
